Imposter Syndrome - stop letting fear lead you
The corporate world gave us the now debunked bell curve of performance management. This HR performance management tool may now be dead but its impacts still live on for those with imposter syndrome. The simple labels of not good enough, not a good fit are things we with imposter syndrome attach to ourselves. And just as they didn’t work for the performance bell curve, they don’t help us overcome Imposter Syndrome either.
